Blessed Gamelbert of Michaelsbuch, born in Bavaria (in modern Germany) in 720, is also known as Gamelbert of Michaelsbuch. Although not much is known about his early life, it is believed that Gamelbert was born into a wealthy family and may have belonged to the nobility.
