Biography

Blessed Airaldus of Maurienne, also known as Airaldo di Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, Ayrald, and Ayraldus, was a notable figure in Catholic history. He was born into the noble Burgundy family, son of William II, Count of Burgundy, although the exact date of his birth remains unknown.
