Biography

Blessed Aquilino Rivera Tamargo, born on 4th January 1907 in Peal de Becerro, Jaén, Spain, was a devout priest in the archdiocese of Toledo. He is also known as a martyr of the Spanish Civil War, a period of intense religious persecution in Spain. His feast day is celebrated on 22nd November.
