Blessed Desiderio Franco, a devoted Augustinian friar, dedicated his life to the service of God and his religious community within the heart of Italy. Born into a family marked by holiness as the brother of the Venerable Christian Franco, Desiderio embraced the Augustinian vocation, first serving within the monastic communities of Piedmont before transferring to Naples.
