Biography

Blessed John Sullivan, also known as Blessed John Sullivan SJ, was born on 8 May 1861 in Dublin, Ireland. He was the son of Sir Edward Sullivan, the Lord Chancellor of Ireland, and was raised in the Church of Ireland. However, his mother was Catholic, which influenced his spiritual journey later in life.
