Biography

Blessed Lucia of Settefonti, also known as Lucia of Ozzana Emilia, was a twelfth-century nun in the Camaldolese monastery of Santa Cristina in Ozzana Emilia, Italy. She served as the beloved abbess of her house, and her life was marked by deep personal piety and a strong devotion to charity. Although not much is known about her early life, Blessed Lucia's impact as a leader within her community and her exceptional spiritual disposition set her apart as a model of holiness.
