Blessed Margareta Ebner, also known as Margaret, Margaretha, or Margrete, was a renowned Mystic of Mödingen. She was born into wealth around 1291 in Donauwörth, Bavaria, Germany. Margareta received an excellent classical education at home, which provided her with a strong foundation for her later spiritual pursuits.
