Biography

Blessed Matthew Carreri, also known as Matthew of Mantua and Matteo Carreri, was born around the year 1420 in Mantua, Italy. He joined the Dominican Order in his hometown in the year 1440, dedicating his life to the service of God and the preaching of the Gospel.
