Blessed Modesta Moro Briz was a dedicated nun in the Archdiocese of Madrid, Spain. She was a member of the Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul, a religious order committed to serving the poor and marginalized.

Modesta Moro Briz was born on July 11, 1901, in the town of Santibáñez de Béjar, Salamanca, located in the region of Castile and León, Spain. From a young age, she showed a strong inclination towards a life of faith and service. Inspired by her desire to help others, she joined the Daughters of Charity and embarked on a selfless life of devotion and compassion.

As a nun, Blessed Modesta dedicated herself to various charitable works, particularly in Madrid. She tirelessly served the poorest of the poor, offering them spiritual and material assistance.
