Biography
Blessed Roger of Todi, a devoted Franciscan friar, entered the Order of Friars Minor directly under the spiritual guidance of Saint Francis of Assisi. According to tradition, he received the Franciscan habit from the Saint himself in 1236, marking the beginning of his lifelong commitment to the Franciscan charism.
