Professed lay brother of the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin; many remember the intensity of his prayer, especially the time he spent in adoration before the Eucharist. After the advent of communism, wearing religious signs in public often provoked mockery and hostility, but he never removed his habit, publicly suffering insults. He faced daily difficulties with fortitude and trust in the Lord, moved by an unshakeable hope that He brings every one of His works to completion, because everything is in His hands.
