Life

Of the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin, titular Bishop of Echinus, formerly Bishop of Santa Marta; he distinguished himself as an authentic and observant Capuchin religious and as a zealous Bishop. He was exemplary in the exercise of the virtues, particularly in ardent apostolic zeal, poverty, obedience, and humility. In his writings emerged the desire to love the Lord ardently and to aspire to holiness.
