Life

Diocesan priest, founder of the Congregation of the Daughters of the Cross; he placed his priestly mission at the service of the least. A learned man, he used his knowledge to draw souls closer to God. To this end he wrote the "Catechism" both in Italian and in the vernacular, precisely in order to reach even the most marginalized classes.
