Life
Priest, founder of the Congregation of the Pious Society of Saint Cajetan; born at the start of the First World War, he was strongly influenced by the events of the war and the resulting moral and material degradation experienced by many young people. Inspired by the example of Saint John Bosco, he created institutes for orphans and vocational training schools to help them enter the world of work.
