Priest professed of the Order of Friars Minor, founder of the Congregation of the Little Handmaids of Christ the King. In the total gift of himself to God and the Church, he lived a particular love for the Passion of Jesus, which led him to recognize in the poor that beloved face he contemplated during the hours spent in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.
