Life

Founder of the Congregation of the Benedictine Samaritan Sisters of the Cross of Christ; coming from a well-off family, she showed from childhood a deep desire to help her neighbor, especially the poor and the suffering. She was regarded as a strong, sensitive and compassionate woman of great humility, who, in her simplicity, showed the high measure of Christian life given in the everyday round of work.
