Beato Ladislao Findysz, nacido de padres campesinos piadosos, Estanislao y Apolonia Rachwal, en Polonia, dedicó su vida al servicio de Dios y de su pueblo. Educado inicialmente por las Hermanas Felicianas, se unió a la Solidaridad Mariana como joven estudiante y entró en el seminario mayor de Przemysł en otoño de 1927, donde fue espiritualmente
