Beata Stilla de Abenberg, también conocida como Stilla de Franconia, nació en la noble familia Abenberg a principios del siglo XII en Abenberg, que formaba parte de la diócesis de Eichstátt en Baviera, Alemania. Era una de cinco hijos, nacida del Conde de Abenberg.
