Blessed Ursula Nishi, a laywoman of the Archdiocese of Nagasaki, Japan, lived a life of profound faith within the crucible of persecution. Born into the Christian community of Nagasaki, she married Blessed Gaspar Nishi Genka, and together they raised their family in the practice of their Catholic faith.
