San Jacobo de Nisibis, también conocido como Jacobo de Nusaybin, Jacobo de Nisiba, Jacobo de Nisibia o Santiago, fue un famoso monje y el primer obispo de Nisibis en Mesopotamia (actualmente Nusaybin, Turquía).
