Blessed Ambrose De Feis, also known as Ambrogio, was born to a wealthy family in the Italian nobility in Bene Vagienna, Cuneo, Italy. Renowned for his devotion to the strict monastic life, he joined the Cistercian order at the Charterhouse of Chiusa Pesio in Italy.
