Blessed Sebastian Valfrè, also known as the Apostle of Turin, was born on 9 March 1629 in Verduno, in the Duchy of Savoy, which is now part of modern Italy. Coming from a poor family, he faced numerous challenges but persevered with his studies, eventually graduating from the prestigious University of Turin....
