The Martyrs of Upper Egypt, also known as the Martyrs of Thebaid, were a group of Christian believers who suffered martyrdom during the persecutions under the Roman Emperor Diocletian in the Thebaid region of Upper Egypt. While the specific names of these saints remain unknown to us, their collective sacrifice and faithfulness to the Christian faith are remembered and honored by the Catholic Church....
