Saint Altfried of Münster, also known as Altfrid or Altfrith, was a monk and priest who played a significant role in the development of the Church in Germany during the 9th century. He was born in the 9th century, possibly in Friesland, which is in modern-day Netherlands. Saint Altfried was the nephew of Saint Liudger, the first bishop of Münster, Germany....
