Saint Antanansio Bazzekuketta, also known as Atanasio, was a member of the Nkima clan, hailing from Buganda, Uganda. Little is known about his early life, but he is remembered as a devout convert to the Catholic faith. During the Mwangan persecutions in Uganda, Saint Antanansio stood firm in his faith despite the intense persecution faced by Catholics during that time....
