Saint Anthemius of Poitiers, also known as Antemio, was an eighth-century bishop of Poitiers, France. Born in an era when the Christian faith was still spreading throughout Europe, Anthemius dedicated his life to evangelizing the Saintonge region and spreading the teachings of Christianity to as many people as possible.
