Saint Anthony of Athens, also known as Antonius, was a devout Christian who lived during the 18th century. Not much is known about his early life or family background, but historical records indicate that Anthony was born in Athens, Greece. In his youth, Anthony was captured and sold into slavery to a series of Muslim owners....
