Saint Aurea of Cordoba, also known as Aura, was born in Cordoba, Spain during the period of Moorish occupation. She was raised in a Muslim family but later converted to Christianity. Little is known about her early life, but it is believed that she had a deep spiritual longing that eventually led her to abandon her Muslim faith and embrace Christianity....
