Saint Botulph of Ikanhoe, also known as Botolph or Botwulf, was born in East Anglia around the year 610. He came from a Christian Saxon noble family and was the brother of Saint Adolph of Utrecht. Botulph and his brother received their education at the monastery of Cnobersburg in Suffolk, under the guidance of its founder, Saint Fursey....
