Saint Brannock of Braunton, also known as Barnoc, Brannoc, or Brannocus, was a monk and devout Christian who migrated to Devon, England during the 6th century. He is best known for founding a monastery at Braunton in Devonshire and serving as its first abbot. Born in Wales in the 6th century, Brannock felt a calling to dedicate his life to God and the service of others....
