Saint Calogero of Sicily, also known as Calogerus, was a revered hermit renowned for his gift of healing through prayer. Born around 466 in Chalcedon, Thrace, Calogero dedicated his life to spiritual pursuits from a young age. As a hermit, Calogero sought solitude and lived in a small cave near the city of Sciacca in Sicily. He dedicated his life to prayer, contemplation, and humble service to God....
