Saint Caomhán of Inisheer was an Irish saint believed to have been related to Saint Kevin of Glendalough and a spiritual student of Saint Enda of Aran. He was born in Ireland in the 6th century and lived a holy and devout life. Little is known about Saint Caomhán's early life and upbringing.
