Saint Datius of Milan, also known as Dacius, Dasius, or Dazio, was born into the noble Alliati family. He was renowned for his exceptional learning and personal piety from a young age. Eventually, he would rise to become the Bishop of Milan, Italy, around the year 530. One of the notable accomplishments of Saint Datius was his commissioning of the Historia Datiana, a comprehensive history of the Church in Milan....
