Saint Duthus of Ross, also known as Chief Confessor of Ireland and Scotland, was born around the year 1000 in Tain, Scotland. He is believed to have received his education in Ireland before returning to Scotland. Duthus dedicated his life to serving the Church and was eventually ordained as a bishop. He became the Bishop of Ross, a diocese located in the northern part of Scotland....
