Saint Eugenia of Hohenburg, also known as Eugenia of Alsace, Eugenia of Altitona, Eugenia of Altodunum, or Eugénie, was born into the noble family of Duke Adalbert of Alsace in modern-day France. She was the sister of Saint Attale and the niece of Saint Ottilia of Alsace. From an early age, Eugenia displayed a deep devotion to God and felt a strong calling to the religious life....
