Saint Eutropius of Saintes, also known as Eutrope, was a prominent figure in early Christianity and a missionary to Gaul (modern-day France). He was consecrated and sent by Pope Saint Clement I to spread the teachings of the Catholic faith. Eutropius arrived in Gaul during the late 1st century and began his mission work in the region....
