Saint Germanicus of Smyrna, also known as Germanico, was a spiritual student of Saint Polycarp of Smyrna. Born in Smyrna, in modern-day Turkey, Germanicus' life was dedicated to deepening his faith and spreading the teachings of Christ. Germanicus had the great fortune of being under the tutelage of Saint Polycarp, who recognized his exceptional devotion and spiritual fervor....
