Saint Hereswitha, also known as Haeresvid, Haereswiþ, Hereswithe, or Hereswyde, was a princess from Northumbria, which is in modern-day England. She was born to Hereric and Breguswith and was the sister of the renowned Saint Hilda of Whitby. Hereswitha's life was marked by her strong faith and her dedication to serving God. During her youth, Hereswitha married Aethelhere, who was the King of East Anglia....
