Saint Ioannes Baptista Wu Mantang, also known as Ruohan or Wu Mantang Ioannes Baptista, was a young layman in the apostolic vicariate of Southeastern Zhili, China. He was born around the year 1883 in Xihetou, Shenzhou, Hebei Province, China. Saint Ioannes was the son of Saint Paulus Wu Anju, a prominent Catholic from the same region....
