Saint John Gualbert, also known as Giovanni Gualberto or John Gualberto, was born around 985 in Florence, Italy, to a noble family known as the Visdomini. His life took a decisive turn when his beloved brother Hugh was brutally murdered. Devastated by this tragic event, John vowed to seek justice and avenge his brother's death....
