Saint John Jones, also known as Godefride Moritius, Godefridus Mauritius, Godfrey Maurice, Godfrey Jones, Griffith Jones, Gryffith Jones, John Buckley, John Griffith, and Robert Buckley, was born in 1559 in Clynog-Fawr, Carnarvonshire, Wales.
