Saint Lawrence of Canterbury, also known as Laurence, was a Benedictine monk who played a significant role in the Christianization of England during the 6th century. Born in the 6th century, much of Lawrence's early life remains unknown. However, his importance lies in his missionary work and his subsequent appointment as the Archbishop of Canterbury....
