Saint Lebuin of Deventer, also known as the Apostle of the Frisians, was born in England and educated in a monastery. He later became a Benedictine monk at Ripon, England, where he dedicated himself to a life of prayer, study, and service to God. Feeling the call to spread the Gospel, Lebuin embarked on a missionary journey to the Netherlands, following in the footsteps of Saint Boniface....
