Saint Lietbert of Cambrai, also known as Libert, Liberto, or Liebert, was born into the aristocracy in the region of Brabant, Belgium. He dedicated himself to the service of the Church and rose through the ranks to become the Archdeacon of Cambrai, France. In 1051, Lietbert was appointed as the Bishop of Cambrai, a position he held with great devotion for several years....
