Saint Ludmila of Bohemia, also known as Ludmilla, was born in 860 in Mielnik, which is situated in modern-day Poland. She was the daughter of a Slavic prince and grew up in a noble and influential family. Ludmila's life would ultimately become intertwined with the history of Bohemia, a region that is now a part of the Czech Republic....
