Saint Luke Loan, also known as Luca Vu Bá Loan, was a priest in the apostolic vicariate of West Tonkin, which is present-day Vietnam. Born around 1756 in Phú Ða, Vietnam, little is known about his early life and upbringing. However, what is certain is that he dedicated his life to the service of God and his people....
