Saint Marcellus of Die, also known as Marcel or Marcelo, was a bishop of Die in the province of Lugdunense, Gaul (modern-day France) during the 5th century. He is recognized as a courageous defender of orthodox Christianity against the Arian heresy. Not much is known about Saint Marcellus' early life or his family background.
