Saint Maria Fan Kun, also known as Mali or Fan Kun Maria, was a remarkable young girl who grew up in a Christian-run orphanage in Wangla, located in the apostolic vicariate of Southeastern Zhili, China. She was born around the year 1884 in Daji, Wuqiao, Hebei, China. Maria's childhood was marked by the love and guidance she received from the Christian missionaries who cared for her in the orphanage....
