Saint Miguel Febres Cordero Muñoz, also known as Saint Miguel of Ecuador, was born on 7 November 1854 in Cuenca, Azuay, Ecuador. He was born into a prominent family but had an unknown disability that left him unable to stand until he reached the age of five. It was at this age that he had a vision of Our Lady, which granted him the ability to walk....
