Saint Orentius of Auch, also known as Orientius, Orenzio, or Orienzo, was a hermit who lived in the Lavendan Valley of France. He gained a reputation for his exceptional holiness, which led the people of Auch to insist that he become their bishop. Orentius accepted this calling and served as the bishop of Auch for over 40 years. The exact details of Orentius' early life and upbringing are not widely known....
